Cellulite



Cellulite also known as orange peel is caused by the accumulation of adipose tissue in certain areas of the body that form nodules of adipose fat. Cellulite is due to many causes; stress, poor eating habits, not taking enough water, sedentary lifestyle, bad breath, excess fat and hormonal problems that make us more vulnerable. Men have less fat than women, no amount of female hormones estrogen and that we possess and which predispose us; the emotions affect them less than us. But even so, some of them have it, especially in the stomach and on the back of the neck.

The cellulites presents different types of degrees, among them are; soft cellulite and hard cellulite.


To combat it we recommend:

  • Drink plenty of water (about 8 glasses a day).
  • Eat lots of fruits and vegetables (avoid the fast food).
  • over meats I recommend; the fish and the white parts of the chicken; decrease beef, eliminate animal fats (lard, Bacon), minimize the vegetable fats; flours and sugars.
  • Avoid carbonated beverages (sodas) as they have a high sugar content captured by the blood, it accumulates in the dermis as fat.
  • Do daily breathing exercises in places where fresh air: the beach, a park, field, among others.
  • Practice all kinds of exercises, this will increase the circulation and help eliminate fat as such; dance, tennis, walking, aerobics, climbing stairs, among others.
